2. The application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by the following documents:
(1)Copy of amalgamation and statement of the ratio of amalgamation;
(2)Articles of association, copy of commercial register, and the latest inventory, balance sheet, statement of profit and loss, business report and statement of revenues and expenditures of the parties in the amalgamation;
(3)Record of resolution in the meeting of stockholders or members, or the ｣??tten consent of the unlimited liability members or of all the members, with respect to the amalgamation.
(Application for Permission for Succession of Business by Inheritor)
Article 224. Any inheritor who will apply for permission for the succession of scheduled air transportation service in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 paragraph 2 of the law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an pplication for Permission for Inheritance of Scheduled Air Transportation ervice, describing the following matters:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Relationship with testator;
(3)In case there are other inheritors in addition to the applicant, their names nd addresses;
(4)Date of death of testator;
(5)Details verifying that the applicant will comply with the standards under he provisions of Article 101 paragraph 1, subparagraphs (4)and (5)of the law.
2. An application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by he following documents:
(1)Copy of census register;
(2)Written consent of all inheritors other than the applicant for succession o the scheduled air transportation service by the applicant.
(Application for Approval of Suspension of Business)
Article 225. Any person who will apply for approval for the suspension of a cheduled air transportation service in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 paragraph 1 of the law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an pplication for Approval of Suspension of Scheduled Air Transportation Service, escribing the following matters:
